Une Constitution est une loi fondamentale qui fixe l’organisation et le fonctionnement d’un organisme, généralement d’un État ou d’un ensemble d’États. La portée juridique de la Constitution d’un État varie selon le régime en place.

A quoi avons-nous assisté ce lundi 4 mars 2024 ?

– A un congrès qui coûte tout de même 300 000 euros au contribuable alors qu’on cherche 10 milliards d’économies.

– Un droit à l’avortement qui n’est absolument pas menacé.

– Un droit qui n’a rien à faire dans la constitution qui a pour objet de « gérer » nos institutions et non pas de légiférer sur des questions de société.

 – Une inscription dans la constitution qui peut être annulée par un autre congrès à tout moment. On ment aux Français en leur faisant croire que ce droit à l’avortement est gravé dans le marbre…

– Une inscription dans la constitution juste pour mettre Macron sur le devant de la scène et instrumentaliser la journée des femmes du 8 mars.

– Une constitution qui se substitue  à un pouvoir législatif, le Parlement, qui n’est plus représentatif du peuple français et qui n’a plus de majorité nécessaire pour voter les lois et qui s’en remet au Conseil constitutionnel.

Pitoyable…
